Summary

This training was designed to equip participants with a basic overview of the legal landscape of federal privacy rules and regulations central to sharing individual identifiable information. This training covered critical federal privacy laws and regulations—42 CFR Part 2, the Privacy Act & HUD’s HMIS rules—that impact data sharing and integration. This training is useful to lawyers and non-lawyers alike.
