Putting together a state longitudinal data system is a complicated process! It certainly was for the team that designed California’s new Cradle-to-Career system, and the lessons from their successful process can inform your work.

This questionnaire will generate a personalized roadmap to support your process. It has about 20 questions and should take less than five minutes to complete. When you use this tool to describe your current work, it will generate a curated list of next steps, tips, conversations, documents, and policies you can use to move forward.
