Education Legal Expertise
Marion provides Legal Expertise for the Data Integration Support Center. Marion brings over twenty years of legal experience working primarily with educational institutions and public sector clients to DISC. She has broad experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, including written agreements aligned to FERPA recordation requirement, and other privacy matters affecting public sector clients. Marion brings a collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach to legal matters in support of integrated data systems efforts.
