Summary
This training equips participants with a basic overview of the regulatory framework central to the confidentiality of substance use disorder records and its implications for data sharing initiatives. This training is designed to empower participants to advocate for responsible data sharing practices while protecting the privacy rights of individuals receiving substance use disorder treatment.
